Co-owner and head chef Paul, along with his talented team, presents the enviable local larder in a simple, stylish manner whilst retaining the natural freshness and flavour.

The restaurant boasts magnificent panoramic sea views over Scapa Flow and the southern Orkney isles, as does the lounge area where you can relax and peruse the menu with a pre-dinner drink.

We offer a wide range of carefully selected wines to complement our menu and also a selection of some of the best local and highland malt whiskies.

Taking advantage of seasonal availability, and the abundance of life in the clean waters that surround the islands, superb seafood features strongly on Paul’s menu along with prime beef and lamb from Orkney’s fertile and plentiful farmlands.
